Ecosystem-Led Growth (Nearbound)

Generating pipeline through partners already embedded in your target accounts, rather than approaching those accounts cold.

[01]What It Means

Target lists are mapped against the customer bases of complementary, non-competing vendors, and the approach comes through a partner with existing access and context. The partner’s standing carries the introduction that an unknown vendor cannot earn in a first email.

[02]Why It Matters

In Europe this is often the fastest legal and commercial route into an account: it sidesteps the consent problems of cold email, arrives with trust attached, and typically closes faster and at a higher price than outbound because perceived risk is lower.

[03]Where It Goes Wrong

Treating partners as a referral list instead of a shared account plan with named targets. No commercial model, so partner teams have no reason to spend their credibility on you.Assuming a partner introduction removes the need for qualification.
