Use of Artificial Intelligence
This statement sets out where artificial intelligence is involved in the material published on this website, who holds editorial responsibility for it, and how individual items are identified.
Last updated: 24.08.2026
1. Images
The visual language of this website – marks, diagrams, icons and comparable graphic elements – is produced with generative AI and rendered as vector graphics. It is identified collectively in this statement rather than individually.
Portraits fall into two categories. On our advisory pages they are photographs, unedited. Within the core team they are either photographs or AI-generated likenesses of the individual shown, produced with that individual’s consent and identified as such on the image. No portrait appears beside a name to which it does not belong, and no photograph is altered to depict events that did not occur.
Client logos, product screenshots and charts are not AI-generated. A chart in any of our documents is drawn from the figures cited alongside it.
Where an AI-generated image could reasonably be taken for a photograph – a location, a scene, a person – it carries an identification on the image itself. Drawn marks and diagrams do not, as they cannot be mistaken for a record of an actual event.
2. Text
We use AI for research, analysis, drafting, editing and translation.
Every text is reviewed by a person before publication. On material containing factual assertions, a disclosure line identifies the nature of the AI involvement and the party holding editorial responsibility: CxLEVER, or the named author where a document is signed.
No text is published without human review.
3. Whitepapers, Studies, Reports and Case Studies
These materials leave this website. They are downloaded, forwarded and cited, and the statement on this page does not accompany them. Each therefore carries its own disclosure line, both within the document and on the page from which it originates.
Where a document contains figures, benchmarks or market assertions, the sources are cited within it. Figures attributable to a client are confirmed by that client prior to publication, and the disclosure line records this.
4. Limits
We do not generate the likeness of any individual who has not consented to it, and we do not place a face beside a name to which it does not belong. We do not generate the voice or the moving image of a real person. We do not invent data, quotations, sources or client results. We do not publish text that has not been reviewed by a person. We do not use synthetic testimonials, and we do not present endorsements we have not received.
Should you identify material on this website that is inconsistent with this statement, please write to [email protected]. We will correct it and set out what occurred.
5. Reading the Disclosure
Disclosure lines use a fixed vocabulary, so that identical terms carry identical meaning throughout: research, analysis, drafting, editing, translation, visual production, code. A representative line reads:
AI-assisted: research, drafting, editing · Reviewed and published by CxLEVER
Material produced without AI states this in the same position.
6. Regulatory Basis
Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 has applied since 2 August 2026. It requires disclosure of artificially generated images that appear authentic, and of AI-generated text published to inform the public on matters of public interest, unless a natural or legal person holds documented editorial responsibility for the publication.
This statement is published as a matter of practice, independently of the extent to which the provision applies to individual elements of this website. Enquiries may be addressed to [email protected].
