Sales Enablement
Equipping sellers with the content, training, and evidence they need to move buyers through a decision.
[01]What It Means
It covers onboarding, playbooks, objection handling, competitive battlecards, localised case evidence, and the discipline of retiring material that no longer works. Enablement is measured by seller behaviour change, not by asset count.
[02]Why It Matters
In a new market, enablement is how local hires reach productivity without repeating the mistakes the founding team already paid for. It is also what makes a handover real rather than ceremonial.
[03]Where It Goes Wrong
Producing assets nobody uses because sellers were never involved in creating them.Translating home-market collateral instead of rebuilding local proof. No refresh cycle, so the deck contradicts what the product now does.
