Zero-Dependency Model
The CxLEVER operating principle that every asset, dataset, and playbook created during a mandate lives in the client’s systems and stays there.
[01]What It Means
Three laws govern it: custody, everything is built in your accounts; transparency, you see the same data in real time; transferability, the engine must be runnable by your team without us. Each is written into the contract rather than promised in a deck.
[02]Why It Matters
The standard agency arrangement rewards opacity: tooling, data, and playbooks live with the vendor, so ending the relationship means losing the engine. Removing that incentive changes what gets documented, who gets hired, and when the partner leaves.
