Email Deliverability

Whether your email reaches the inbox rather than the spam folder. It is decided by authentication, sending behaviour and reputation, not by the words in the message.

[01]What It Means

Deliverability is often confused with delivery. A message can be accepted by the receiving server, generate no bounce, and still be filed in spam where nobody will ever see it. Your sending tool reports that as delivered.

Three things decide the outcome: whether the domain is authenticated, how recipients behave towards your mail, and the reputation your domain and sending IP have accumulated. Copy matters far less than most teams assume.

In outbound specifically, the damage compounds. Poor early sending behaviour teaches filters to distrust the domain, and that judgement follows you into every later campaign.

[02]Why It Matters

An outbound programme with broken deliverability produces the same activity metrics as a working one. Sequences run, the dashboard fills, and the pipeline does not. It is the most common silent failure in European market entry, because teams add sending tools faster than they authorise them.

We test authentication and sending posture before the first sequence goes out, because reputation is far cheaper to protect than to repair.
